Clare Walsh is a British creative director and designer based between London and New York. Her practice, Studio Walsh, moves fluidly between interiors, product design, and art direction – creating work that is bold, atmospheric, and grounded in storytelling.
Clare holds a Master’s in Interior Design from the Royal College of Art and has led global photo and video campaigns for brands and institutions including Apple, HAY, Nike, LVMH, COS, Burberry, A24 and the Guggenheim New York. Alongside her commercial work, she develops her own collections of glassware and experimental objects, using making as a way to explore materiality and culture.
Her work is united by a belief that design should be lived as much as it is seen – whether that means a single glass, a brand campaign, or an entire interior world.

Identity design for Mayfair’s new restaurant Silva – including custom drawn logotype, iconography and image direction.
The identity was informed by the restaurant’s Mediterranean cuisine and its day-to-night offering. We drew inspiration from the idiosyncratic letting of shop/bar signage found in France and Italy to create a logotype that feels both instantly recognisable and sophisticated. Nyctinasty (the opening and closing of plants in response to darkness) was a key source of inspiration for the icons and imagery, which change in sync with the restaurant, as its menu evolves throughout the day.
